Information We Collect Metra Health (the "App" and, together with our websites and related services, the "Services") is provided by RBE Ventures, LLC ("RBE Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.


We regularly update this Policy to reflect legal requirements and our practices. We will post updates and adjust the "Effective Date" above; where required, we will also provide additional notice.

Where This Policy Applies

This Policy covers information we collect when you:

Use our iOS or Android applications

Visit our websites, landing pages, or form

Engage with our emails, SMS, push notifications, or Promotions

Interact with our ads or our pages on third‑party platforms

Contact us or request support

This Policy does not apply to third‑party services we do not control. Those services are governed by their own policies.

Information We Collect

Personal and Account Information

Identifiers & contact information (e.g., name, email, phone, mailing address)

Account credentials (e.g., username, hashed passwords, authentication tokens)

Demographics (e.g., date of birth, gender, ZIP/postal code) where provided

Billing/payment information (processed by app stores or payment processors; we do not store full card numbers)

Health & Wellness Data (Sensitive)

If you choose to use health‑related features, you may provide: medication logs (e.g., GLP‑1 injection date/dose/site), weight, symptoms/side effects, and other wellness information. With your permission, we may import data from Apple Health, Health Connect, or similar sources.

We treat Health & Wellness Data as sensitive and will not use it for advertising. We use it only to provide the Services you request and as otherwise permitted by this Policy and applicable law.

Device, Usage, and Technical Data

Device identifiers, OS version, app version, language, time zone

IP address and coarse location (e.g., city/state)

Event logs, diagnostics, crashes, performance data

Usage analytics (e.g., screens viewed, clicks, session timestamps)

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We (and service providers) use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure campaigns, and (subject to your choices) support advertising for our own services.

Token and Usage Metrics (AI Features)

Certain features use computational credits or "Tokens." We collect Token usage telemetry (e.g., request counts, model type, timestamps, error codes) to operate, secure, bill for, and improve AI features; enforce fair‑use; and detect abuse and fraud.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide and improve the Services and features you request

Personalize experiences and recommendations

Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and ensure Service integrity

Communicate with you

Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Use

Advertising & Marketing (No Health Data in Ads)

We may use personal information other than Health & Wellness Data to promote Metra Health and measure campaign effectiveness across platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Applovin). We may share limited identifiers (such as hashed email) to create or measure audiences for our own ads. We do not use Health & Wellness Data for advertising and configure our tools to respect platform and legal restrictions.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

We share information with:

Service providers (hosting, storage, analytics, email/SMS delivery, customer support, payment processing) under contracts restricting their use to our instructions

Advertising partners to the extent needed to deliver/measure our own ads (excluding Health & Wellness Data)

Affiliates for internal administration and to help provide the Services

Authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity

With your consent or at your direction

We may share aggregated/de‑identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, and testing). Your information for marketing and account operations is stored in secure databases operated by reputable cloud providers.

No Security Guarantee; Limited Liability

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBE Ventures, LLC and Rebirth Enterprises LLC, together with their partners and affiliates, are not liable for any unauthorized access, security incident, or data breach occurring despite our safeguards, except where prohibited by law (this does not limit non‑waivable rights).

Your Rights and Choices

Your rights depend on your location and applicable law. Subject to verification and exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, port, and opt out of certain processing (including targeted advertising). You can manage many choices in‑app or by contacting us.

U.S. State Privacy Rights (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, etc.)

Where applicable, you have the right to opt out of certain "selling" or "sharing" of personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. You can exercise rights via in‑app controls or by contacting us.

Consumer Health Data (e.g., WA, NV, CT and similar laws)

Where these laws apply, you may request access/export/deletion of Health & Wellness Data and withdraw consent for collection or sharing of such data. We do not use Health & Wellness Data for advertising.

GDPR/UK GDPR

If you are in the EEA/UK, we rely on legal bases such as contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You may contact your data protection authority and/or our Privacy contact below.

International Transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross‑border transfers.

Communications (Email, SMS, Push, Calls)

We may send service and marketing communications via email, SMS, push notifications, or telephone. Standard messaging/data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out of marketing at any time (e.g., by replying STOP to SMS, using unsubscribe links, disabling push in device settings, or emailing support@metrahealth.ai). We will continue to send transactional or service‑related messages even if you opt out of marketing.

SMS Privacy Commitment

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and adjust the Effective Date above; where required, we will also provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after posting means you accept the changes.

Retention

We retain information as needed for the purposes described above, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We may retain aggregated/de‑identified data indefinitely.
